"Crushed"
By Tess de Guzman
Before the pandemic I used art to express how I felt. During the first months of quarantine I began to lose that skill and fell out of making art regularly. Soon I no longer made any art at all, I lost interest in most of my former hobbies and did pretty much nothing good for my brain. It was suffocating and crushing to lose how I conveyed emotions to the world. This is shown by the butterfly being slowly squashed by the hand.
