Making Frederick Home Again: COATA's Mutual Aid Efforts for Downtown's Unhoused People

After noticing several new anti-homeless additions to downtown Frederick's Carroll Creek, local student activists are teaming up with COATA to organize a Paint + Protest Block Party. We are aiming for July and hope to raise the support of local downtown shops and businesses to collect donations for mutual aid packages.
